JUDD MCCARTHY, aged 45 and of Blaisdon Yate, Bristol, admits possessing 3.38 grams of diamorphine in Bournemouth on March 21, 2020. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £100 costs. Diamorphine to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Bournemouth on March 21, 2020.
