A WOMAN from Bournemouth has been fined by the courts for speeding through London.
Billie-Jo Morris, 24, of Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth pleaded guilty to speeding in Shepherds Bush on May 23, 2021.
She was sentenced by single justice procedure at Willesden Magistrates’ Court.
The 24-year-old admitted travelling at 40mph in a Peugeot on the A40 near North Wharf Road, London, exceeding the temporary 30mph limit.
Magistrates fined Morris £40 and ordered her to pay a victim surcharge of £34.
She was also ordered to pay costs of £40 and her driving licence was endorsed with three points.
