FREE car parking at sites across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole has been confirmed on selected days in the run up to Christmas.

In a boost for residents and vistiors, BCP Council announced festive travel offers, which also include discounts on Beryl bike hire and bus travel, will be available.

Across the three town centres, a 34 car parks will be free to use from 4pm to 10pm on Thursday, December 2, 9, 16 and 23, as well as 10am to 6pm on November 28, December 5, 12 and 19.

A further 15 sites in 'district centres' across the conurbation will be free to park in on Saturday, December 4, 11 and 18.

The announcement from BCP Council comes as Castlepoint confirmed the free parkng time limit at the shopping complex had been lifted for the festive season.
