A BOURNEMOUTH man has been fined for driving without due care and attention.
Dustin Sattherwaite, 35, of Commercial Road, Bournemouth, was proved to have driven a Mini Cooper without due care and attention in Birmingham Road, West Bromwich on November 24, 2020.
He was also found to have used a Mini without insurance in the same road on the same day.
He was proved of the charges in absence at Wolverhampton Magistrates’ Court on Monday, November 22.
Magistrates fined him £660 and disqualified him from driving for nine months.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85.
