POLICE are appealing for information in relation to a break in at a property in Poole earlier this month in which jewellery and money were stolen.

Between around 2.25pm and 2.40pm on Friday October 1, a house on Blandford Road was broken into and items of jewellery and cash were stolen.

It is reported that two men were seen leaving the area in the direction of Sandy Lane.

Officers investigating the incident have issued a CCTV image of the pair they would like to speak and appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

Detective Constable Michelle Lawrence, of Dorset Police’s Priority Crime Team, said: “We have been carrying out a number of enquiries into this incident so far, including CCTV trawls and house-to-house visits.

“As part of my enquiries I am issuing a CCTV image of two men I would like to speak to. While I appreciate the image is not of the best quality, I am hoping it may jog someone’s memory from the day.

“I would also urge anyone with any relevant home CCTV or dashcam footage to help my investigation to please contact Dorset Police.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk, via email 101@dorset.pnn.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55210158761.
