ELLIOTT CHRISTOPHER HONNYWILL, aged 20 and of Glenwood Road, West Moors, admits driving a VW Golf on the A31 Canford Bottom roundabout on April 13 with 3.5 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £200. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

MARC DAVID PALMER, aged 38 and of Glissons, Ferndown, admits driving a Kia on the A31 Ferndown on September 14 with 94 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 23 months.

TARIG OMAR S AL SHEIBANI, aged 36 and of Pinehurst Road, West Moors, admits assaulting PC Sweeney, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Bournemouth Custody on August 23. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £100 compensation, £95 surcharge and £50 costs. Also admits wilfully obstructing PC Cooke a constable in the execution of her duty in Pinehurst Road, West Moors, on August 23. Community order made.

JORDAN LEE DARRYN DASHWOOD, aged 18 and of Oak Drive, Poole, admits damaging flooring to the value of £295 belonging to Dorset Police at Poole Police Station in Wimborne Road on April 4. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £295 compensation.
