Dorset Police received a report at 7.55am on Thursday, October 14 of two men next to a damaged blue Peugeot 206 being abusive to passing motorists in Rolls Bridge Lane in Gillingham. It was reported that they were destroying the car and throwing parts across the road, as well as trying to smash glass.

It was further alleged that one of the men had assaulted a woman – who was known to the man – at the scene. Two members of the public intervened and were also reportedly assaulted.
