JOSE LOUIS DESOUSA, aged 58 and of Queen’s Road, Bournemouth, admits using towards a man threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him and the offence was racially aggravated in Queen’s Road, Bournemouth on March 30. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £100 compensation.
