OFFICERS responded to reports of a a crash involving two vehicles on Hurn Road in Christchurch.
The force received calls about a collision at 6.20am on Tuesday October 12, which was causing traffic delays for morning commuters along the B3073.
BCP Council were notified of the incident as oil has spilled onto the road, and recovery vehicles were called for both vehicles.
The incident has been cleared and officers left the scene at 8.30am.
A police spokesman said: “We received a report at around 6.20am on Tuesday October 12 of a two-vehicle collision on Hurn Road in Christchurch.
“Recovery has been requested for both of the vehicles.
“The local authority has been made aware due to oil on the road.”
