HAVE you ever wondered where the most sought-after streets are in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole?
With the coastal property boom showing no signs of slowing, homes across the conurbation are being snapped up like hot cakes.
The average time it takes for homes to sell has been slashed since the start of the pandemic with property selling in the BCP council area in 16.5 weeks, according to Property Solvers data.
Meanwhile, property prices in the area remain some of the highest in the country with the conurbation recently being crowned as one of the most expensive places to live outside of London.

In July alone homes increased in value by 1.1 per cent, a trend which continues to grow with the area achieving an annual growth of eight per cent.
The average Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole house price in July was £309,741, Land Registry figures show.
Over the last year, the average sale price of property in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole rose by £23,000.
Despite the rising property prices, homes are still flying off the shelves so-to-speak.
Zoopla data shows the roads across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole that have been searched for the most in the last three months.

The fifth most sought after road in the conurbation is Waterside in Mudeford where the average cost of a house is estimated around £914,406.
Properties in this road have increased in value by £23,377 in the last 12 months.
4. The Avenue, Westbourne, Bournemouth, BH13 - £2,371,000.

The Avenue in Westbourne is one of the most searched for roads in the local authority area and prices are continuing to rise with an increase in value of 17.5 per cent in the past five years.
Detached properties in this road are currently selling for an average of £2,371,000.
3. Panorama Road, Sandbanks, Poole, BH13 - £2,738,750

Properties in Panorama Road have increased in value by more than 47 per-cent in the last ten years.
The average price paid for a detached house has been £2,738,750 in the past 12 months - a whopping £400,000 more than the current average value by Zoopla.

In the past 20 years the property value in this road has increased by an average of £408,582 (more than 158 per-cent).
Since the start of the pandemic prices have continued to rise, with a positive value increase of more than two per-cent.

The average price has increased by 1.8 per cent in the last 12 months.
In the last five years the value of property in this road has increased by 15.5 per-cent.
Flats for sale in The Quay don't come around that often, with just 20 sold in the last five years for an average price of £308,300.
