DAVID DARWOOD, aged 19 and of Campbell Road, Bournemouth, admits having a quantity of cannabis in Wimborne Road, Winton, on December 21, 2020. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £45 costs. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

ADAM DAVID POWER, aged 38 and of HMP Winchester, admits stealing four cans of beer, to the value of £5.45, belonging to Premier Food & Wine in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on August 18. No separate penalty. Also admits assaulting a man by beating him at Premier Food & Wine in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on August 18. Committed to prison for 10 weeks. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits assaulting a woman by beating him at Premier Food & Wine in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on August 18. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits damaging an iPhone belonging to a man at Premier Food & Wine on August 18. No separate penalty. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of six months imposed on May 28 for an offence of s5 Public Order Act. No action taken on breach.

DENNIS GEOFFREY OWEN, aged 53 and of Lorne Park Road, Bournemouth, admits having two zopiclone tablets at Bournemouth Police Station in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on August 19. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

DAVID JOHN MCGUINNESS, aged 30 and of Colonnade Road, Bournemouth, admits having a quantity of cannabis in Poole on June 25. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

KOZHIN MOHAMMED, aged 19 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on December 20, 2019, by failing to attend for planned supervision appointments on May 19 and June 2 and for the unpaid work requirement on June 16 and June 23. Community order revoked. Committed to prison for four weeks, suspended for 12 months.

EAMON EDWARD CHARRADA, aged 22 and of Upper Terrace Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on November 19, 2020, by failing to attend for planned office appointments on June 22 and June 29. Fined £60.

COBY EKE, aged 26 and of Florence Road, Boscombe, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to reside permanently at an address approved by his supervisor and obtain the prior permission of the supervisor for any stay of one or more nights at a different address since July 6 and he also failed to attend for planned telephone appointments on June 25, July 2 and July 6. Fined £266.

JAMES STEPHEN LONGFOOT, aged 29 and of Cranleigh Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on May 27 by failing to attend for initial appointments on June 3 and June 10 and for the unpaid work requirement induction on June 7. Community order revoked. Committed to prison for a total of 16 weeks.

NORTH DORSET

STEWART ROSS BAIN, aged 30 and of Station Road, Gillingham, admits using towards a man threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause him to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by the offender, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him in Gillingham on July 18. Restraining order made, which lasts until September 7, 2022. Fined £833. To pay £83 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits damaging the front door belonging to Sovereign Housing in Gillingham on July 18. To pay £100 compensation.

PAUL CHRISTOPHER LITTLEFAIR, aged 57 and of Northmead Drive, Creekmoor, admits driving a BMW X6 in St Peter’s Road, Poole, on May 25 with 278 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 30 months.

MATTHEW SWEENEY, aged 19 and of York Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in A35 Slepe, Poole, on July 22 with 96 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £283. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
