A DORSET country park has been named as the best in the UK for its and track and trail.
Moors Valley Country Park has been revealed as the best UK Park, according to a study by GolfSupport.com.
The country park won for its track and trail, while Richmond Park in London ranked first for open field sports and Farnham Park in Surrey claimed top spot for the best water sports.
Moors Valley had the third largest area of greenspace and also boasted 620 “sunshine hours”, putting it in the top 20.
It also claimed third spot for its open field sports, with a rating of 9.32. Richmond Park had 9.35.
