Also admits attending an address in Christchurch between March 12 and March 21, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order made on March 2. Community order made. JONATHAN MICHAEL WILLIAM CORNISH, aged 32 and of no fixed abode, admits damaging a window to the value of approximately £100 belonging to a man in Poole on March 13. Committed to prison for two weeks. Also admits assaulting a man by beating, causing cuts to his hand, in Poole on March 13. Committed to prison for six weeks consecutive. To pay £150 compensation. CALLUM MITCHELL LINDSAY WRIGHT, aged 33 and of no fixed abode, found guilty of assaulting a man by beating him in High Street, Poole, on November 12, 2020. Committed to prison for 28 days, suspended for three months. To pay £50 compensation. Also found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her in High Street, Poole, on November 12, 2020. Committed to prison for 28 days concurrent, suspended for three months. Fined £10. To pay £50 compensation.

SLAWOMIR ZAWODNIAK, aged 63 and of Kingsbridge Road, Poole, admits driving a Nissan Almera in Holton Road, Poole, on July 3 with 115 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 50 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 28 months.

CHRISTIAN KEITH PERRY, aged 49 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to take part in activities in accordance with any instructions given by his supervisor, he failed to keep in touch with his supervisor in accordance with instructions given by his supervisor in that on August 5 he walked out of the probation building without waiting for his next appointment to be given, he failed to be of good behaviour and not behave in away that undermines the rehabilitative purpose of the supervision period in that he became rude and abusive towards a probation office and he failed to reside permanently at an address approved by his supervisor and obtain the prior permission of the supervisor for any stay of one or more nights at a directed address in that he failed to reside at the approved premises since August 5. Committed to prison for 14 days.

BILLY PAUL WILFRED THOMPSON, aged 30 and of Frobisher Avenue, Poole, admits assaulting PC Webber, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker by beating her in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on February 15. Community order made, whereby the defendant must complete up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 140 hours of unpaid work. To pay £50 compensation, £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on February 3 for two offences of criminal damage. Community order made.

SIMON JAMES BRASHER, aged 36 and of Sandringham Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Wedgwood Drive, Poole, on June 23 with 89 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
