A NEW two-day music event that was set to take place in Poole this weekend has been postponed for a year, organisers have announced.
The 3 Acres Summer Gathering was due to feature musical performances by hit making singer songwriters Finley Quaye, James Walsh from Starsailor and Mark Morriss from the Bluetones.

However, on the day of their launch, organisers have said: “We are very sorry but due to key people having Covid and others isolating we have no option but to postpone the 3 Acres Summer Gathering this weekend.
“The new dates will be the August 27-28 2022. Your tickets will automatically be valid for these new dates."
Event director Ben Dyas told the Daily Echo: “We had been really looking forward to holding this new family event at the heart of Ashley Cross and it's such a shame to have to cancel so close to the event.
“We apologise to all the people who were hoping to attend and look forward to bringing you a great event next year in hopefully less challenging circumstances."
Refunds can be provided by emailing info@3acressummergathering.com.
The live music event was to take place on Ashley Cross Green in Poole.
