AS WE approach the final weekend of August, we've taken a look at what the weather has in store.

This summer's weather has been more unpredicatble than imagined, with a mix of hectic downpours, short-lived heat waves but mostly just overcast and dull. 

But, it could still all turn around for the bank holiday - here's hoping - with the rest of the week expected to remain dry and mostly bright with the odd day of grey clouds. 

Looking at the rest of today, Tuesday, August 24, after a bright and cheery morning we can expect a nice warm afternoon with highs of 23C. 

Twitter forecaster Bournemouth and Poole Weather said that the rest of the day should remain pleasant despite a north easterly breeze rolling in.
