CAN you give one of these animals a forever home?

Dorset-based animal rescue centre Margaret Green is hoping to find new homes for animals in its care.

Bournemouth Echo:

Max is a seven-year-old Lurcher, who is very sweet and enjoys the company of people. He is also happy to mooch with dogs off the lead. Max’s exercise will need to be monitored as he has a condition called Spondylosis, which may need management with pain relief in the future. He can live with other dogs and older children, but cannot live with cats.

Bournemouth Echo:

Kooks is a three-year-old male greyhound who has a very sweet nature. Once he gets over his shyness, he loves cuddles. He would thrive and feel more comfortable living in a quieter rural environment. Kooks is looking for a home without cats or other small animals, but would be able to live with other sighthounds in an adult-only home.

To register an interest in rehoming Max or Kooks, please contact the team at Lincoln Farm: lincolnfarm@mgar.org.uk

Bournemouth Echo:

Pixie is about two-years-old and she is looking for a forever home with her daughter Bo, who is around one-year-old. They are friendly girls who love to hop around your feet (or sit on your feet!) with the occasional stroke, but they really don't enjoy being picked up.

Bournemouth Echo:

Mungo is a four-year-old cat who takes a little while to get to know new people, but once he knows you then he is an affectionate gentleman. Mungo is a very prolific hunter and loves to bring his humans lots of furry (or feathered) presents! He would prefer to be the only pet in his new home.

Bournemouth Echo:

Glenda is a chicken aged between 1-2 years old. Glenda and her 22 other ex-caged friends are looking for their forever homes.

To register an interest in rehoming Pixie and Bo, Mungo or Glenda, please contact the team at Church Knowle: churchknowle@mgar.org.uk
