FIRE crews were called to the East Howe area of Bournemouth after some advertising hoarding caught on fire.
Firefighters from Redhill Park and Westbourne attended the incident on Columbia Road at 7.29pm on Friday July 30.
A hose reel jet was sued to put out the fire coming from the advertisement board of a shop on the road.
A spokesman from Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Crews from Redhill Park and Westbourne used a hose reel jet to extinguish a fire located in advertising hoarding of a shop.
“There was some smoke spread to a neighbouring flat which was investigated by the crews.”
