A MAN is due to appear in court in connection with an alleged assault in Bournemouth.
Two men, aged in their 30s and from Bournemouth, were reportedly assaulted in Keeble Road, Bournemouth, at around 12.45am on Monday, July 12.
One of the men allegedly sustained a stab wound to his leg and both of them were taken to hospital for treatment to injuries that were not believed to be serious.
Dorset Police said it was reported that the man who assaulted them was in possession of a firearm, but not weapon was discharged during the incident.
A 29-year-old man of no fixed abode has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. He is due to appear at Poole Magistrates' Court today, Thursday, July 15.
