A MAN has been banned from a Tesco store in Bournemouth for a year after breaking a court order.
David Anthony Waterman has been subject to a criminal behaviour order since March 2017.
Poole Magistrates’ Court heard that the 52-year-old, of no fixed abode, breached the order at Tesco in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth on July 8 when he acted in an anti-sociable manner causing alarm and distress and using threatening and abusive words and behaviour.
At the court hearing, which took place the day after the offence, Waterman pleaded guilty to breaching the criminal behaviour order.
The bench issued a 12-month community order, which had an exclusion requirement barring the defendant from entering the Tesco store in Holdenhurst Road for 12 months.
Waterman was also ordered to pay a £95 surcharge.
