THE Red Arrows flew over Wembley Stadium on Sunday night after leaving Bournemouth which they made home for the weekend.

The jets were based at Bournemouth Airport over the weekend for the Goodwood Festival and put on a display at Wembley for the Euro 2020 final.

Leaving Bournemouth at 7.27pm, the Red Arrows made it to Wembley for 7.48pm, 12 minutes before kick-off.

They then made it back to their base in Scampton at 8.10pm, meaning the pilots missed Luke Shaw’s opening goal.

The display team have performed on a number of occasions at the Bournemouth Air Festival, and will be back in the town this summer for its return.

Performing every day at the festival, you’ll be able to catch a glimpse of the jets between September 2 and 5.
