DANIEL LEE BARROW, aged 36 and of Bath Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that on June 24 he failed to reside permanently at an address approved by his supervisor and obtain the prior permission of the supervisor for any stay of one or more nights at a different address. DAVID BOWLEY, aged 32 and of no fixed abode, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress at Asda in St Paul’s Road, Bournemouth, on May 3. Fined £50. To pay £34 surcharge.

ANTHONY JOHN BARRETT, aged 55 and of Alington Road, Bournemouth, admits with intent to cause PCSO Renyard harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on November 3, 2020. Community order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for six weeks and complete up to 40 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.

KIRSTY SIOBHAN COLLINS, aged 34 and of Seamoor Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Mazda at Oakley Hill Roundabout, Merley, on November 28, 2020, with 146 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

FELICITY SUZANNE ORCHARD, aged 45 and of Rotary Close, Wimborne, admits stealing a pedal cycle to the value of £2,969, belonging to a man outside Co-op in Smugglers Lane, Colehill, Wimborne. on September 22, 2020. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £1,000 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of six months imposed on September 21, 2020, for an offence of theft.
