Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Bournemouth Crown Court on February 27, 2020, for an offence of affray. No action taken on breach.

BETH RILEY, aged 21 and of Ivy Road, Poole, admits driving a Ford Fiesta in Winter Gardens car park, Exeter Road, Bournemouth, on May 9 with not less than 83 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits using a Ford Fiesta in Winter Gardens car park, Exeter Road, Bournemouth, on May 9 without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.

MARK RAYMOND SUTTON, aged 53 and of Courthill Road, Poole, admits driving a Ford Transit Connect in Wessex Gate Retail Park, Broadstone Way, Poole, on June 14 with 70 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £400. To pay £40 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

AARON POLLITT, aged 26 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on June 29, 2020, by failing to attend for planned telephone appointments on December 15, 2020, April 9 and May 5. Community order varied, whereby the defendant must complete up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.

JASON MICHAEL F ODALY, aged 38 and of no fixed abode, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of woman in Poole and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her between the days of April 29 and May 12 by continually contacting her via phone. Committed to prison for 90 days. Restraining order made, which lasts until June 30, 2023. To pay £128 surcharge.

MAURICE WHITE, aged 41 and of Bowden Road, Alderney, admits stealing £150 of chocolate belonging to WH Smiths in Falkland Square in High Street, Poole, on April 15. To pay £150 compensation and £85 costs. Also commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on February 19 for five offences of theft from a shop. No action breach.

DARREN GARY STRAND, aged 26 of Sterte Close, Poole, admits breaching a domestic violence protection order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court on June 29 in that he contacted a woman and a complaint was made for him to be liable for a penalty in Bournemouth on June 30. Committed to prison for seven days.

CARISSA JAYNE CARR, aged 43 and of Mellstock Crescent, Wareham, admits stealing £15.50 worth of groceries belonging to Co-op Stores in North Street, Wareham, on May 7. To pay £15.50 compensation.
