Also admitted having, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a blue handled knife. Community order made with electronic monitoring. Curfew for four weeks, to remain indoors at Lorne Park Road daily between the hours of 2pm to 10pm. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SEBASTIAN SETLAK, aged 38, of Bath Road, Bournemouth, admitted that on April 27, 2021, at Madeira Road, Bournemouth, possession of 0.46g of amphetamine, a controlled drug. Also admitted that on June 22, 2021, at Lower Gardens, Bournemouth, possession of a quantity of cannabis. Fined £40, ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £46 costs.

JAMES NORMAN ALLEN, aged 27, of Westcliff Road, Bournemouth, admitted that on September 16, 2020, at Bournemouth, assaulted a police officer, acting in the exercise of his functions. Conditional discharge for 12 months. Ordered to pay £50 compensation.

GAVIN DANIEL KING DRAKE, aged 45, of Leydene Avenue, Bournemouth admitted that on March 16, 2021, at Bournemouth, possession of a quantity of diamorphine, a controlled drug of class A. Also admitted possession of crack cocaine. Fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and £85 costs.

LILLY GROGAN, aged 20, of Lymington Road, Highcliffe, admitted that on June 5, 2021, at Poole Hill, Bournemouth, was drunk and disorderly in a public place. Conditionally discharged for 12 months. Ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MARTIN ROYSTAN DAVIS, aged 43, of Viscount Walk, Poole, admitted that on December 11, 2020, at Ringwood Road, Poole, drove a motor vehicle on a road when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in his blood, namely not less than 3.9Ug/L, exceeded the specified limit. Also admitted driving without valid insurance. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined £700, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £70 and £85 costs.

STORM MASON STOVOLD, aged 36, of Overbury Road, Poole, admitted that on December 12, 2020, at Beresford Road, Bournemouth, drove a motor vehicle, namely a silver Ford Focus, on a road when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely benzoylecgonine, in your blood, namely less than 172 microgrammes of benzoylecgonine per litre of blood, exceeded to specified limit. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined £120.

GARY MARK STACEY, aged 44, of Langdon Road, Poole, admitted that on April 7, 2021, at Banks Chambers, Penn Hill, Poole, stole £79.45 of goods belonging to Co-op stores. Collection order made to deduct £79.45 from benefits.

NICOLA JANE ROY, aged 47, of Northmere Road, Poole, admitted that on June 4, 2021, at Ashley Road, Poole, was drunk and disorderly. Fined £40 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34.

MARTINA MCCANN, aged 58, of Bowden Road, Poole, admitted that on October 23, 2020, at Mallard Road Retail Park, Bournemouth, stole toys to the value of £266.88 belonging to Smyths Toys. Fined £150 and ordered to pay £133.44 compensation, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

STUART JAMES MORTIMER BARTLETT, aged 35, of Dunyeats Road, Broadstone, Poole, admitted that on November 24, 2020, at the M25, Leatherhead, Surrey, drove a motor vehicle while disqualified from obtaining a driving licence. Fined £120, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and £85 costs.
