BOURNEMOUTH

ANTHONY HOWELLS, aged 38, of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Swindon Magistrates' Court on September 15, 2020, by failing to attend planned probation appointments on October 6, 2020, December 29, 2020 and April 23, 2021. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

KEVIN DAVID SAUNDERS, aged 35, of Bath Road, Bournemouth, admits failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made at Dorset Magistrates' Court on September 4, 2020, by failing to attend planned probation appointments on March 29, 2021; April 7, 2021 and April 12, 2021. Failed to provide documentary evidence for these absences within required timescales and failed to seek approval, or sought advice, from supervising officer when moving address. Original offence in which respect of community order made was that on December 30, 2019, at Cotlands Road, Bournemouth, damaged a police vehicle and that on December 30, 2019, at Bournemouth Custody, Madeira Road, Bournemouth, damaged a police cell. Community order had also been made in respect of on February 24, 2020, at Florence Road, Bournemouth, with George Arambatzis, having entered as a trespasser a building, namely a garage/utility room, stole therein a washing machine of value unknown. Community order had also been made in respect of on December 16, 2019, at Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, stole a wallet containing miscellaneous cards. Also admitted that on March 30, 2021, at High Street, Christchurch, stole goods worth £90.98 belonging to Superdrug. Sentenced to six months imprisonment, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £60 costs and £90.98 compensation.

ARUNAS LUKOSEVICIUS, aged 25, of Carysfort Road, Bournemouth, admitted that on November 11, 2020, at Asda, Culliford Crescent, Poole, stole alcohol worth £305 belonging to Asda. Also admitted that on February 13, 2021 at Saxon Square, Christchurch, stolen Manuka Honey worth £501 from Holland and Barratt. Also admitted that on February 23 at Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, stole Manuka Honey worth £400 belonging to Holland and Barratt. Admitted commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Dorset Magistrates' Court on February 15, 2021, for the offences of attempted theft, public order and twelve counts of shoplifting.

Also admitted that on January 27, 2021, at Saxon Square, Christchurch, stole Solgar CO Q10 and Solar Ubiquinol worth £316.44 belonging to Holland and Barratt. Admitted that on January 22, 2021, at Sovereign Centre, Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, stole Ubiquinol vitamins worth £180 from Holland and Barratt. Admitted that on December 12, 2020, at Castlepoint, castle Lane West, stole clothing worth £375.50 from Marks and Spencer, and that on December 19, 2020, at Castle Lane East, Bournemouth, stolen confectionary worth £159 from Esso Garages. Community order made including 29-day Thinking Skills Programme, Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £750 compensation.

POOLE

MARTIN LAZENBY, aged 54, of HMP Winchester, admitted that on April 29, 2021, at Poole Hospital, Longfleet Road, Poole, assaulted two emergency workers acting in the exercise of their functions as such workers. Sentenced to six months imprisonment and ordered to pay £200 compensation.

PURBECK

LAUREN SARAH VELKOOP, aged 30, of Eastwood Park Women's Prison, admitted that on April 16, 2021, at Sandford Service Station, Sandford Road, Co-op, stole meat, cheese and bacon, of a value unknown, belonging to Co operative Retail. Fined £100, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and £85 costs.

CHRISTCHURCH

BARRY DAVID ALLINGHAM, aged 59, of Lymington Road, Highcliffe, was found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of police for Dorset after November 11, 2020, at Force Headquarters, Dorset Innovation Park Access Road, Winfrith Newburgh, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £244, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and £620 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.
