JAKE ARTHUR HARDY, aged 28, of Rumbridge Gardens, Totton, admitted that on November 24, 2020, at Bournemouth, was in possession of cannabis.

Conditionally discharged for 12 months. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £22 and £85 costs.

CHRISTOPHER MOSES TAYLOR, aged 83, of Kings Park Drive, Bournemouth, was found guilty in his absence of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle, namely a Peugeot Partner, on April 2, at Deepdale Lane, Nettleham, who was alleged have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £66 and £85 costs.

ROBERT WOJCIECHOWSKI, aged 29, of Hevalo Close, Bournemouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made at Worthing Magistrates Court on February 25, 2020, by failing to be available for a telephone contact appointment on May 18, 2020, and May 26, 2020, as instructed; failing to provide evidence to excuse his absences within seven days as instructed; failing to maintain contact with his responsible officer since April 2, 2020. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

SONNY JACK HICKMAN, aged 19, of Pearl Gardens, Bournemouth, admitted that on May 29, 2021, at Kings Park Pavilion, Kings Park Central Drive, Bournemouth, damaged a Ford Fiesta to the value of £90 and damaged another vehicle to the value of £100 intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Also admitted that on May 29, 2021, at Kings Park Pavilion, Kings Park Central Drive, Bournemouth, had possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a claw hammer. Also admitted at Kings Park, Bournemouth, on May 29, 2021, had a hammer intending to use the same or to cause or permit another to use the same to damage property belonging to another. Also admitted on June 15, 2021, at Poole failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates' Court. Admitted that on June 18, 2021, at Bournemouth, assault on a police constable acting in the exercise of his functions. Sentenced to six weeks in prison, suspended for six months. Ordered to pay £240 compensation.

LUIS EMILIO MATEO VILLAR, aged 50, of West Quay, Poole, admitted assault at Bournemouth Road, Poole, on June 13, 2020.

Also admitted another assault at Bournemouth Road, Poole, on June 14, 2020. Restraining order made. Fined £350 and ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £350 costs.

THOMAS NEIL COCHRANE, aged 30, of Cranbourne Crescent, Poole, admitted that on November 28, 2020, at Poole, without lawful excuse destroyed a drawer, china and glass belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Fined £250 and ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and £85 costs.
