I RETURNED home from Poole Hospital five weeks ago as of June 18.
I would like to thank the team of nurses and doctors in ward B4 for all the excellent care and attention, I received on my four-day stay in the hospital where I received treatment for bowel cancer.
I would also like to thank the surgical staff who were under the consultant Mr Najaf Nawaz Siddiqi who were excellent and very friendly.
I would also like to thank Georgie and Caroline who have been excellent and at the end of a phone if I had any concerns or worries.
Finally I would like to add my thanks to my own personal doctor’s surgery at Poole old town for seeing me and supporting me personally prior to my hospital visit.
I am grateful for the speed of service, from the diagnosis through to the operation, of three weeks and a day.
I congratulate the NHS on their excellent speed of service before and after the operation.
Thank you NHS. Greatest respect.
