A WOMAN who drove dangerously in Bournemouth while she was over the drink drive limit has avoided a custodial sentence.
Julie Elizabeth Reeves, 47, appeared before Poole Magistrates Court on June 9 in relation to her driving in a Mercedes on September 23 last year.
Reeves, whose address was given as Hunt Road, Christchurch, pleaded guilty to offences of dangerous driving, drink driving and using a vehicle without insurance at an earlier hearing.
The court that she drove the 2019 plate Mercedes in Southbourne Grove, Livingstone Road, West Road and Seabourne Road.
A specimen from the defendant contained 85 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood - the legal limit is 80 milligrams.
District judge Stephen Nicholls issued an 18-month community order, with a requirement to complete up to 25 rehabilitation activity days with the probation service.
Reeves was also disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £50.
