PUPILS and staff at a Poole school have been sent home to self-isolate after a positive case of coronavirus was identified.
Baden Powell and St Peter's Junior School confirmed the case yesterday.
Covid-19 cases continue to rise in Dorset
A spokesman for BCP Council said: "The school is working closely with Public Health Dorset, BCP Council and Public Health England South West to ensure that all necessary measures are being met.
"All close contacts of the confirmed case have been notified and advised to self-isolate for 10 days. If close contacts go on to develop any symptoms, they must book a PCR test."
