JUST one patient was admitted to Dorset hospitals with Covid-19 in a week, latest data shows.
Figures released by NHS England shows one person was admitted to the University Hospitals Dorset Trust with Covid on May 27, the only patient in the week leading up to May 30.
It comes as the NHS’s Covid vaccine programme continues, with more than 870,000 doses administered in Dorset.
Furthermore, as of June 1, there were just four people in hospital across the county with Covid-19.
Three of these were at University Hospitals Dorset while one was at the Dorset Healthcare Trust, none were on mechanical ventilation.
