MAXINE SUSANNE DAWSON, 44 and of Priory Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated in Poole on January 20, 2020. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. Fined £450. To pay £150 compensation, £95 surcharge and £300 costs. Also admits assaulting PC Upsher, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him on January 20, 2020. Community order made.

JESSE LLOYD WILLIAM SCURRY, aged 26 and of Mudeford Lane, Christchurch, admits assaulting a man thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm at Sainsbury’s in Lyndhurst Road, Christchurch, on March 6, 2020. HAYLEY LOCKETT, aged 39 and of Camellia Close, Three Legged Cross, admits being the driver of a Ford Focus owing to the presence of which in Church Lane, Barnham, on May 26, 2020, an accident occurred whereby personal injury was caused and she failed to stop. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work.
