POLICE, coastguards and lifeguards were called after a child went missing on a busy stretch of Bournemouth beach.
Agencies worked together to search the area at Durley Chine after the child was reported missing yesterday afternoon.
Seafront staff also joined the search for the child.

The child had been last seen at the Harvester restaurant at Durley Chine.
A spokesman for Southbourne coastguard said they were alerted at 2.50pm and went to the scene.
The child was later found close to Bournemouth pier - almost a mile away from the Harvetser - and reunited with family members.
