FIVE drivers from Bournemouth and Poole were all sentenced for motoring offences in a single day at court.

The following cases were all dealt with at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, May 25.

KRZYSZTOF MAREK GREDKIEWICZ, 29 and of Kilmarnock Road, Bournemouth, admitted driving a Vauxhall car in Alder Road, Poole, on February 27 without due care and attention.

He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £34 surcharge and £55 costs. His driving record endorsed with five points.

JAMIE AARON WARD, 32 and of Albert Road, Poole, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford panel van in Ringwood Road, Poole, on July 2, 2020, while he was using a hand-held mobile phone.

He was fined £146 and ordered to pay £34 surcharge and £110 costs.

Ward was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months, with the ban obligatory due to repeat offending.

DANIEL JOHN DOUBLE, 18 and of Alexandra Road, Bournemouth, admitted driving a Ford car in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on November 3, 2020, without due care and attention. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £34 surcharge and £110 costs.

He received a discretionary disqualification for a period of 12 months. Double also pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle on a road when there was insufficient transmission of light through the front windows and using a motor vehicle when the number and manner of passengers carried in the rear seat was such that its use involved a danger of injury to any person.

He received no separate penalty for these offences but his driving record was endorsed for the passenger-related matter.

NICO SCHUH, 26 and of Brassey Road, Bournemouth, admitted driving a Lexus car in Poole Road, Poole, on December 22, 2020, without due care and attention.

He received five points on his driving licence along with a £155 fine and an order to pay £34 surcharge and £110 costs.

The defendant also admitted using the car when its driveshaft and front and rear bumpers were insecure, the suspension was defective, tyres were rubbing the bodywork and the differential was welded or locked, and the vehicle’s use posed a danger of injury to any person.

He received no separate penalty and his driving record was endorsed.

GABANGAYE SIZIBA, 30 and of Groveley Road, Bournemouth, pleaded guilty to driving a Kia car on the A347 Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on July 21, 2020, at 65mph in a 30mph zone.

He was fined £370 and ordered to pay £37 surcharge and £110 costs.

The defendant received a 28-day driving disqualification.

He also admitted driving the same car on the same day on the A338 Spur Road Cooper Dean to Blackwater junction at 84mph in the 50mph zone.

He received no separate penalty and his driving record was endorsed.
