The old Wimborne First School site
YOUTHS were seen running away from the old Wimborne First School after the alarm sounded.
East Dorset Police say they officers responded to the alarm on Thursday, May 27, evening.
A police spokesman said: "Youths have been seen to run away from the area prior to our arrival.
"They have been gaining access to the building.
"The key holder has been notified and will be ensuring the building is secure."
The former school, situated on Old School Lane, Wimborne.
Earlier this year the former school site was being used to train police dogs by Dorset Police.
