KAREN ECKSTEIN, aged 59 and of Moore Avenue, Bournemouth, admits stealing various items totalling £67.35 belonging to Tesco in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on October 11, 2020. Discharged conditionally for two years. To pay £22 surcharge.

PATRYK ARTUR WOJTAS, aged 33 and of Hengist Road, Bournemouth, admits having a knuckle duster in Ashley Road, Bournemouth, on January 26. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Knuckle duster to be forfeited and destroyed.

ROBERT WITT, aged 47 and of Hollows Close, Salisbury, admits assaulting PC Scott-Jones, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Bournemouth Road, Poole, on May 7. Community order made, whereby the defendant must complete up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 160 hours of unpaid work. To pay £50 compensation, £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits conviction of an offence while a community order made on October 23, 2019, for an offence of assault by beating was in force. New community order made.

TIMOTHY DAMIEN OBRIEN, aged 54 and of Athelstan Road, Bournemouth, admits breaching a restraining order issued on March 1 in that he attended a road and waved at a woman on May 17. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

NATHAN GADD, aged 40 and of Tollard Close, Poole, admits driving a BMW in Bloxworth Road on April 2 with 67 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £140. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months. Also admits driving a vehicle in Bloxworth Road on April 2 without due care and attention. Fined £120. Driving record endorsed.

ARTHUR STEVEN COOPER, aged 41 and of Marshal Road, Poole, admits having a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of a noxious liquid, namely capsaicin and dihyrdo- capsaicin (pepper spray) in Poole on April 5, 2020. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Pepper spray to be forfeited and destroyed.

LISA JANE SIMS, aged 48 and of Haven Road, Poole, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated in Bournemouth on January 16. Restraining order made, which lasts until May 20, 2023. Fined £100. To pay £100 compensation.

JEREMY CHARLES WYLIE, aged 37 and of Townsend Road, Swanage, admits driving a motor vehicle in Bere Road, Wareham, on May 6 with 43 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £250. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.
