TODAY I had the experience of having to visit our minors unit at Bournemouth hospital.
The treatment and help I received was second to none.
Thank you to all the hard working personnel at the hospital.
One thing that puzzled me though was the ignorance of the general public.
You are informed that certain treatments may take priority over others and real emergencies come first.
So why do these people insist on hounding the receptionist about the time it takes to get their free treatment?
Another point is three quarters of these people should have gone to Specsavers first.
In bold letters there are signs which say “Please turn off mobile phones” .
Out of 14 people waiting, 12 were on their mobile phones.
I certainly do not want to hear of your previous evenings experiences.
