RESIDENTS in Canford Cliffs have been urged to stay vigilant following two incidents in the area on the same evening earlier this week.
Police are looking into the alleged incidents, which took place on Wednesday May 5, and have asked those with information or CCTV footage to come forward.
At 3.20pm, damage was caused to a property on Burton Road in Poole after a window was cracked by an unknown object.
Later that evening, between 6.26 pm and 7.05 pm, the rear window of a van parked on Westminster Road was broken to gain entry.
Once the culprits had forced entry inside the vehicle, a petrol disc-cutter and a generator were stolen.
