EXACTLY 11 coronavirus cases were confirmed in Dorset over the last 24 hours, latest figures show.
Data released by the government shows, in the 24 hours leading up to 4pm on Thursday, five cases were confirmed in the BCP Council area.
It means, since the start of the pandemic, 25,380 people have tested positive in BCP.
The Dorset Council area recorded six new cases, taking its total to 11,914.
In the seven days leading up to May 1, the latest rolling seven-day period, BCP Council recorded 65 cases, giving a rolling infection rate of 16.4 per 100,000 people.
In the Dorset Council area, 34 cases were recorded, giving a rolling infection rate of nine per 100,000.
Elsewhere, five new cases were recorded in the New Forest, taking its total to 6,205.
The rolling rate was 10 per 100,000 with 18 cases confirmed in the week before May 1.
