Letter to the Editor: Don't introduce laws if you won't enforce them
RECENTLY the law regarding the use of electric scooters was changed as most people are aware of.
As far as I am aware it is still illegal, along with bikes, to use on the pavements, something which we all observe daily.
The question is why introduce laws to prohibit things but then not have to the law enforcement, it’s in the name, services patrolling and enforcing the laws generally.
