A NEW-STYLE dining venue operating multiple restaurant brands from the same kitchen is set to open in Bournemouth next month.
Flamingo is being brought to Winton by the operators of the hugely-successful Chicken & Blues brand in partnership with Ashley Brown, formerly of Hache Burger in London.
It will seat around 150 guests across three individual spaces to include a burger concept, Mexican tapas and an all-day brunch brand.
The restaurant is still under construction but is due to open in Wimborne Road on May 17.
Year-round dining will be offered in a feature pergola which the operators say will feel like a woodland.
The Chicken & Blues group was co-founded by Joshua Simons and Stephen Crawford in 2013 and has gone from strength-to-strength.
Food on offer will come from all-day brunch brand Earlybird, Brenda's Burgers abd Mexican tapas brand Poco Loco.
