Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.

MADELEINE KREINA PANKHURST, aged 49 and of Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a woman in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, Bournemouth, on January 30, with intent to cause her to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against her by any person. TOBY DARREN KETTERINGHAM, aged 42 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on October 16, 2020, by failing to attend for a planned telephone appointment on December 10, 2020, and for a planned office appointment on December 21, 2020. LOUIS JAMES GEORGE PACKMAN, aged 20 and of Chapel Lane, Horrabridge, admits driving a motor vehicle in Banks Road, Poole, on March 25 with 64 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
