THREE men from London have appeared in court in relation to possessing class A drugs at an address in Bournemouth.

Ranses Abrahan Manuel Dominguez Martins, Sharma Saram Marshall and Ali Sanou all received conditional discharges from magistrates sitting in Poole on April 14.

Martins, 20, and Marshall, 30, both admitted having crack cocaine and diamorphine at a property in Curzon Road, Springbourne, on February 27, 2019.

Sanou, 21, pleaded guilty to possessing diamorphine at the same address on February 28, 2019, as well as having crack cocaine at property in nearby Wilson Road on February 27, 2019.

Two of the defendants, Marshall, of Adenmore Road, London, and Sanou, of Bellefields Road, London, were discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Martins, of Thomas Lane, London, was discharged conditionally for six months.

Each defendant was ordered to pay a £20 surcharge, with Marshall also being required to pay £85 costs.

All of the drugs were to be forfeited and destroyed.
