THE BCP conurbation's main NHS hospitals did not admit any new Covid patients in the latest weekly period available in the latest figures.
Data released by NHS England reports that in the seven days up to and including April 11, University Hospitals Dorset, which runs Royal Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole hospitals did not have a single patient admitted with coronavirus.
This compared to four admissions in the week to April 4 and the week to March 28, respectively.
In terms of beds occupied by people with Covid, UHD reported that five patients with Covid were being treated across their sites, although none required mechanical ventilation.

The NHS figures show that the most recent date that UHD reported having no beds occupied by patients with coronavirus remained September 11, 2020.
