ROBERT ANDREW KEMP, aged 56 and of Ranleigh Road, Weymouth, found guilty of assaulting a paramedic, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, in Church Road, Ferndown, on September 18, 2020. Community order made, whereby the defendant must complete up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days. Fined £10. To pay £150 compensation. Knife to be forfeited and destroyed. Also found guilty of assaulting a paramedic, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, in Church Road, Ferndown, on September 18, 2020. Community order made. JOHN PAUL THOMAS JOHNSON, aged 28 and of West Bourton Road, Bourton, admits being drunk and disorderly in Ashley Road, Poole, on March 18. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £22 surcharge. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on April 22, 2020, for an offence of causing a message or matter of offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing character to be sent by public communications network. Sentence of 12 weeks imprisonment, suspended for 12 months, amended by extending operational period to 14 months.

EMMA LOUISE ASHTON, aged 41 and of Fitzworth Avenue, Poole, admits damaging a black Audi S6 to the value of £1061.14 and a front door to the value of £200, belonging to a woman in Poole on February 14. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £700 compensation, £22 surcharge and £85 costs.

EDWARD JAMES GEORGE, aged 29 and of Panorama Road, Poole, admits assaulting PC Savage, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her at the Church of the Transfiguration in Chaddesley Glen, Poole, on November 4, 2020. Fined £200. To pay £100 compensation and £85 costs. Also admits driving a silver Mercedes 111BG in Chaddesley Glen, Poole, on November 4, 2020, with 50 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £350. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.
