A POOLE gin bar reopens its doors for the first time in Poole today.

Tin of Sardines on Poole Quay has been welcoming customers on the day lockdown restrictions are being eased across England.

The bar serves more than 300 different gins and more than 60 tonics, as well as cheese and charcuterie boards.

Bournemouth Echo:

The eatery has been giving takeaway service only for the past few days but today is the first day it is open for fully for business with a number of outdoor tables for customers.

Tin of Sardines is billed as the “UK’s smallest gin bar” on its Facebook page and will be open from 11am until late each day.

Customers can tuck into the likes of warmed camembert, cheese and meat boards as well as nachos, sandwiches and other snacks.

Gin lovers can sample a number of tipples from dry to spiced as well as a variety of cocktails.

There are even gin tasting sessions available for gin connoisseurs.

Covid lockdown measures are easing today across England with pubs and restaurants able to offer outdoor service only until May 17 when they will be able to serve people inside.
