JESSICA JADE BESWICK, aged 29 and of Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, admitted that on December 30, 2020, at Wimborne Road,m Bournemouth, stole alcohol worth £60 from Waitrose. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £60 compensation.

COLLETTE DIANA MOORE, aged 38 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Westover Road, Bournemouth, on February 2. Also admitted being drunk and disorderly at St Michael's Road, Bournemouth, on February 20. Fined £100 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34.

CHRISTCHURCH

CAMERON BUSHNELL, aged 19 and of Chestnut Way, Burton, Christchurch, admitted that on February 10 at Chestnut Way, Christchurch, was in possession of a quantity of cannabis and cannabis resin. Discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £22. Cannabis forfeited and destroyed.

POOLE

JACK MOY, aged 22 and of Turlin Road, Poole, admitted assaulting an emergency worker, namely a police officer, at Poole on June 15, 2020. Conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay £100 compensation.

RICHARD DAVID HAMMOND, aged 44 and of Mansfield Road, Poole, admitted that on July 18, 2020, at KFC, Ashley Road, Poole, damaged a large glass window worth £498 belonging to KFC. Ordered to pay £498 compensation, a victim surcharge of £22 and £85 costs.

BEN HADEN-SMITH, aged 20 and of Arne Avenue, Poole, admitted assault on January 11, at Arne Avenue, Poole. Community order imposed including a curfew order for six weeks with electronic monitoring. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £95.

SHANNON MARIE RIDAL, aged 26 and of Samson Road, Hamworthy, Poole, admitted that on February 17 at Blandford Road, Poole, stole meats and fruit to a value unknown from Lidl. Admitted that on January 21 at Sea View Hotel, Ashley Road, Poole, stole food stuffs of a value unknown belonging to Co-op. Admitted that on December 29, 2020, at Jackson House, New Road West Parley, stole three Finnish Quantum Powerballs worth £36 belonging to Tesco. Admitted commission of further offence while subject of a conditional discharge order. Admitted that on December 12, 2020, at Damory Garage, Salisbury Road, Blandford, stole meat to the value of £140.60 belonging to Damory Garage. Conditionally discharged for 18 months and ordered to pay £88.30 compensation.

WEST PARLEY

DAVID STEVEN ROE, aged 58 and of Berkley Avenue, West Parley, admitted that on January 8, at Glenmoor Road, Ferndown, having been informed that a specimen of blood had been taken at a time when you were incapable of consenting to its taking, failed, without reasonable excuse, to give your permission for a laboratory test of that specimen. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £266, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and £85 costs.

WIMBORNE

YIANNIS EDWARD RATTY, aged 22 and of Knighton Lane, Wimborne, admitted theft of miscellaneous items worth £856 from Sainsbury's, Castlepoint, Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on December 4, 2020. Also admitted theft of brushes, baby bottles and teats worth £136.24, from Tesco Extra, Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth, on January 26. Conditionally discharged for six months, ordered to pay £136.24 compensation and a £22 victim surcharge
