MORE than eight hectares of heathland was damaged in a fire at a Wimborne plantation on Easter Monday.
Around 60 firefighters tackled the blaze at Whitesheet Plantation.
Now a spokesman for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue has said it is believed the fire was started accidentally.

A total of 10 fire engines, six Land Rovers and two water carriers were called to the scene at 4.48pm.
The fire was under control by around 10pm with two fire crews remaining at the scene overnight.
