JONATHAN DAVID MARTIN, aged 34 and of Kingswell Road, Kinson, convicted of assaulting PC Penn, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Bournemouth on July 15, 2020. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for six months. To pay £100 compensation and £500 costs.

JOSEPH MICHAEL WILLIAM VALENTINE, aged 36 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits damaging a window to the value of £300 belonging to Asia Foods in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on September 1, 2020. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £300 compensation.

LANCE CHANT, aged 46 and of Redhill Drive, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman in Poole on October 21, 2020. Community order made, whereby the defendant must complete 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 100 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made, which lasts until March 14, 2022. To pay £300 compensation. Also admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on October 21, 2020. Community order made.

LISA MARIE SANDERS, aged 32 and of Edward Road, Christchurch, admits entering Aldi, a retail premises in Christchurch, on March 12, which she was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order made on November 26, 2020. Fined £50. To pay £34 surcharge. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on November 26, 2020, for 19 offences of theft and two of fraud. Fined £50.
