ELEEZE LEIGH HOLTZ, aged 19 and of Turbary Park Avenue, Bournemouth, admits driving a Fiat motor vehicle in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on July 21, 2020, when she was in such a position that she could not have proper control of the vehicle. DAVID ERIC NOEL, aged 23 and of Cecil Road, Bournemouth, admits being a relevant offender within the terms of sections 80 98 (3) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and subject to a notification order, failed to comply with the notification requirements as provided by Part 2 of that Act in that he failed to notify a change of his address after failing to live at specified address.
