Also admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a man and a woman and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of them in that he sent abusive text messages, sang abusive songs, played loud music and directly verbally abused them and the offence was racially aggravated in Bournemouth between May 15, 2020, and October 31, 2020. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 18 months. Restraining order made, which lasts until March 4, 2023.

THOMAS STIRLING FINN, aged 27 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on October 12, 2020, by failing to attend for planned telephone appointments on January 18 and February 1. Community order varied, whereby the defendant must complete 150 hours of unpaid work. Fined £50.
