RESIDENTS in rural areas have been warned to be on the lookout for a suspicious vehicle which may be linked to poaching.

The bronze Range Rover, registration number OE6* MXC, has been seen in suspicious circumstances in the east and south Dorset areas in recent days.

A spokesman for the Dorset Police Rural Crime Team said: "Please note it could come to notice county wide so please be on the lookout for it.

"If this vehicle or other vehicles are seen acting suspiciously, please gather as much information as possible such as the registration number and descriptions of the driver and any passengers.
